WHY IS EVERYTHING SOLD OUT?
All items are handmade by one person (me ^^) and thus, limited in quantity. Items are usually sold via announced releases and when added to the shop, they tend to sell out very quickly. That's why the shop is empty most of the time. I highly recommend to follow my Instagram @ateliercreatura if you don't want to miss out any announcements and news about the shop and future releases.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME
- For in stock/premade item(s), your order will be prepared, packaged and shipped within 1 to 5 business days after your purchase. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays since the post office is not open during that time.
- For preorder/made to order item(s), the processing time will be mentioned in the listing. It usually goes from 1 week to 5 weeks.
Shipping: Shipping cost and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your parcel will be shipped from Quebec, Canada.
Returned package: In the case of your package is returned to me for any reasons (failure to pay customs fees, wrong shipping address, failure to pick up the package, ect), you will have to pay for the shipping again to get your package shipped back to you.
Delay or lost: I am not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the courier or customs. It's out of my control once the order has been shipped.
Extra fees, customs and import taxes: Please note that you are responsible for any extra fees, customs or import taxes that may apply.
RETURN & CANCELLATION
Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours after your purchase. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Return: Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted. No returns, exchanges or refunds after the order has been shipped out. However if there is any problems with your order/item(s), please feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do for you.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number, name and new address if you need to change your shipping address. You may ask for an address change only if the shipping label has not been printed yet. If you want to change your shipping address for a different country, you might have to pay extra shipping cost.
I PURCHASED TWO ITEMS IN SEPARATE ORDERS, CAN YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?
Of course! If you've purchased more than one item, for example a pair of ears and a pair of bows in a separate order after with the same shipping address, I will ship both of them in the same parcel and I will refund the extra shipping cost.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS FOR EARS?
I do not take custom orders or commissions.
DO YOU DO HOLDS OR RESERVATION?
I do not accept holds or reservations. It's first come first served.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT CURRENCY?
Even though you can choose to display the price(s) in your currency, the payments are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollar). If CAD is not your currency, the conversion will be made by your bank or Paypal using the current exchange rate.
DO YOU DO PAYMENT PLANS?
No, I don't do payment plans. Payment is due in full at checkout.
CAN YOU GIVE ME AN IDEA OF YOUR PRICE RANGE FOR EARS?
Currently, the price for a pair of ears usually range from 240$ CAD to 290$ CAD (Canadian dollar), depending of the size, color, accessories, fabric and supplies quality, time, knowledge and effort put into the making of the ears, etc. However, take note that the prices have not always been these. If you are reselling or buying a pair of Atelier Creatura ears on secondhand market, don't hesitate to contact me if you want to know the original price of the ears.
🐤🐈 I have one little bird named Kiwi and a big lovely cat named Tichat in my house. Tichat, the cat, is usually with me in the workshop when I work (he follows me everywhere ^^) so please take this into consideration if you have severe allergies to animals. Your health is more important.
Most of my items are handmade, with love and care of details. I strive to offer quality products, however, since they are handmade, they may have small flaws due to human error. If you think something is not normal with the item that you received, please don't hesitate to contact me.
All items are little pieces of art and should be treated with care. They are not toys and are not meant for kids or rough handling. Avoid any water on the ears. The paint/airbrushing is not meant for water, it could wash out. I can not be held responsible for any damages or harms caused by improper handling or use of the product.
DO YOU USE REAL FUR?
No! Never. The ears are made with faux/fake fur fabric.
Since there is a high demand for faux fur ears, there are some rules that have to be followed when purchasing one of my items. Please look at the section "Terms of Service; Release Rules" and read it before placing an order.
I have no control over second-hand market/platforms. Please be careful if you don't buy directly from me; always ask for photos that show well the condition of the product and ask for proof that the person really has the product in their possession. Unfortunately scams on second-hand platforms/market happen often and I can't help you if you get scammed since it's out of my control.
If you are reselling one of my creations, please don't ask for more than what you paid. If the product has been modified, altered or damaged, you must tell the buyer(s) about it. Look at the "Terms of Service" section for more info about reselling items and about rules.
